TITLE: Dreams & Fears
GOALS:
- Get familiar with the terms fears and dreams;
- Rethink our attitudes towards both;
- Get familiar with different sides of fear;
- Adopt basic techniques that can help you face situations you fear;
- Learn how to overcome work related fears;
- And attempt to boost your self-confidence and motivation at work place;
- Create a life filled with passion and purpose;
Day 1

SESSION OUTCOME | Participants are being prepared for the training, introduced to one another, agreed on the rules and shared their expectations on the module together with the trainers. |

SESSION TITLE & STRUCTURE | SESSION 2: ON FEARS – What are fears? – Good and bad sides? – What/whom do we fear? |
SESSION OUTCOME | Participants are led to debate fears and get some accepted definitions; they become aware of the negatives and positives fear/s bring to their lives; common youth fears over the world are revealed and discussed. |
