TITLE: Dreams & Fears

GOALS:

  1. Get familiar with the terms fears and dreams;
  2. Rethink our attitudes towards both;
  3. Get familiar with different sides of fear;
  4. Adopt basic techniques that can help you face situations you fear;
  5. Learn how to overcome work related fears;
  6. And attempt to boost your self-confidence and motivation at work place;
  7. Create a life filled with passion and purpose;
