TITLE: Outstanding candidate
GOALS:
- To stimulate a positive attitude towards active job seeking through learning how to prepare well and to act as an outstanding candidate
- To train participants to prepare a CV that highlights their qualities and point them out them from others
- To teach the participants how best to prepare, so that in the job interview, they make a convincing appearence.
Day 1
SESSION 1: INTRODUCTION

SESSION OUTCOME | Participants will learn to look at the employment process from the perspective of the employer, understanding how the employment process works and what steps it encompasses, and will better understand which competencies for the job they do and do not posess. |
